Questions about this service
Do I need an appointment for a piercing?
No. Piercings at Ink Link are walk-in only, so no appointment is needed at all. Just stop by during shop hours at 691 N Military Trail in West Palm Beach: Monday to Thursday 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday until 10:00 pm, and Sunday until 8:00 pm. If you want to check how busy the shop is before you come, call (561) 712-9009.
How much does a piercing cost?
Piercings start at $35, and that includes a standard surgical steel captive bead ring. You can upgrade your jewelry to 316L implant grade surgical stainless steel, niobium, titanium, or 14k nickel free gold, and the shop carries a complete line of aftercare products. Your piercer confirms the full price with you before the piercing, so there are no surprises at the counter.
Do you use piercing guns?
Never. The shop does not use piercing guns for any piercing because they cannot be autoclave sterilized. All jewelry, needles, and tools are sterilized in a medical quality autoclave, which sterilizes through heated and pressurized steam. The autoclave undergoes regular spore testing to ensure no bacteria growth, which the shop describes as essential for any piercing studio.
What happens after my piercing?
Aftercare is part of the service, not an afterthought. An aftercare sheet is supplied and reviewed with you following each and every piercing, so you know how to clean it, what to avoid, and what normal healing looks like. The shop also carries aftercare products if you want them. If anything worries you while you heal, call the shop and ask rather than guessing.
